<p>Hi, is time for me to report my diet process again. My weight just reduced 2kgs after 2 weeks hard work. It worth anyway, my target is to reduce 17kgs which is very tough and my target still far away from now. But no matter how, i wouldn&#8217;t give up because I WANT A BETTER BODY and healthier life.</p>
<p>Anyway, what i going to share today is can lemonade really help in diet ? The answer will be yes. I added them into my diet plan and it really make different before i add them in. I took almost 10 days to lose 1kg before i add in lemonade and 4 days for 1 kg after i added them. Well, you can see the different right ?</p>
<p>Moreover, i feel much more fresh and my digestion work better than before. Why is it help ? Because i believe lemonade is actually can work as a cleanser of your stomach, your waste toxic products can easily cleaned by consuming lemonade.</p>
<p>However, from my experience i suggest those with gastric, pregnancy persons do not consume lemonade. Because it is too strong for them. For those who have gastric problem, if you really want to try you can start off with a very small amount of lemonade. If you don&#8217;t feel better, stop to consume them immediately.</p>
<p>So you get another great diet tips from here again, probably will do more research and apply them to myself so i can share it here.</p>

<p>I started my diet plan few days ago, and is around 1 week now. I at here declare my diet plan failed. From the previous diet plan, i learnt a few things from the mistake. And as long as you learn from your mistake, you can success at last no matter what.</p>
<p>First mistake i would like to say is, i didn&#8217;t make a schedule/timetable for my dining time. One should set a fix dining time for healthy life. For example, 10am for breakfast, 1pm for lunch and 7pm for dinner and no more food after that. In this way, i think you can effectively reduce your weight for 1-2 kilos after 2 weeks. Of course, it will be part of my new diet plan start tomorrow. Well, i would be glad if anyone here willing do it with me.</p>
<p>The second mistake would be lack of exercise. Due to chinese new year, i only manage to go for swimming once. And i figured a healthy diet should include daily exercise or at least 4 to 5 times per week. The reason is because</p>
<ul>
<li>You can burn your fats</li>
<li>You can turn your fats into muscle</li>
<li>Diet would only reduce your weight but not the all the fat over your body, and only exercise can effectively burn partly fat of your body.</li>
</ul>
<p>Mistake 3, lack of water. I bet all of us know that our body need lot of waters per day. And do you know, drink lot of waters  can help in your diet plan? It is because when you drink a lot water, you will easily feel full and the amount of food you will consume will reduce. Furthermore, drinking water can also clear and flush out toxic waste products. I advice all my reader drink at least 8 cups of water per day no matter you are or not overweight.</p>
<p>Overall, with this 3 important points i bet my new diet plan will work great and fine. Well will giving out more experience in next few day.</p>

<p>Hi, is time for me to share my experience on day 3 and day 4 again. By looking at he food&#8217;s photo, i guess you know what i&#8217;m going to share today. Of course it is about food.</p>
<p>As you know, i just started my diet plan and i realize the hardest part is not did you exercise? did you ate more fruits or drink more water? But is can you fight against the temptation of food? For me, i&#8217;m a loser for day 3 and day 4 because i couldn&#8217;t stand against the food temptation. And guess what, it is chinese new year now and how i suppose to stay away from the food? Oh my my, please give me the will and support me guys, it is the hardest part in diet plan. I hope i can do it better today.</p>
<p>What about you? How and what you do to stay away from the temptation of foods? I still figuring a way to overcome it, wish me luck. Maybe drink tons of water or imagine that all food is not nice? Anyway, the best part of Chinese New Year is that i have to help to clean up the house which help me burn lots of fat. Hmmm.. Don&#8217;t forget, you got many chance to burn your fat and exercise in your daily life, don&#8217;t miss up <img src='http://www.dietnext.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';-)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

<p>Hi guys,  is time to update my today report again. Took a chicken rice for lunch and some rice with vege, chicken and yam today. Result is not very good but not too bad either because i swam for around 45minutes and i can felt the fat is burning.</p>
<p>Today, i gonna share some experience of eating habits. I realize your eating habits can indirectly affect your health. If you take 3 meals per day with some amount of food each time is much much more better than taking 1 or 2 meals per day with bigger amount of food. It is because if you consume lots of food in 1 time, it will cause your digestion become slow and you can hardly reduce your weight.</p>
<p>So, change your eating habits today no matter you are or not a overweight person.</p>

<p>&#8220;Hi, I&#8217;m Joel. I am one of those overweight people who needs to diet and lose weight. As you know, dieting and losing weight is not easy but sharing my experiences will hopefully make it a bit easier. I am having the courage to tell all of you about my successes and my failures and I want to prove to myself that I can lose weight and achieve the body shape I want..</p>
<p>Alright, so how much weight do I want to lose and what am I planning to do to achieve it. I will give a brief introduction about myself.  I&#8217;m just 21 years old this year. My height is around 171cm and my weight is around 77kgs. According to the BMI calculator, a normal person should have 18.5 &#8211; 24.9kgs/m  but currently I am 26.3 kgs/m.  My target would be BMI 20kgs/m.</p>
<p>I think the first thing to do is change my lifestyle. No more junk food, sweet drinks and more exercise and better sleep. I think this is first step and a must for someone who wants to lose weight.</p>
<p>Oh well, I plan to swimming tomorrow. According to the best information I can find, in order to burn your fat, you have to exercise at least more than 30mins. So I&#8217;ve decided to swim for 1 hour to 1 and half hours. Hope I can see some result after doing this for few weeks. Cheers Jen, and thanks for supporting me.&#8221;</p>
