Weight loss and diet site – SparkPeople
Have you checked out this site – SparkPeople is a great site that is completely free and you can get loads of help and advice?
The folk at SparkPeople say they have a mission to SPARK millions of PEOPLE to lose weight, reach the goals that they aim for and be healthier. They offer lots of different tools to help you get fit, eat more healthily, get the support you need and reach the body size and shape that you want. Their plans and advice is completely free – unlike weightwatchers, slimming world and Rosemary Conley, who all charge quite a bit for their services.
The weight loss methods featured help people to give up diets and move towards developing a lifestyle change. It is now good trying something for a while and then giving up. Achieving a healthy weight is all about changing to a healthier lifestyle. Going much further than encouraging weight loss, SparkPeople shows you how to start doing more exercise – and how to keep it up – and combine this with choosing the right foods. If you like the idea of this but don’t really need to lose much weight, you can still become part of SparkPeople and use the features, tools and lifestyle resources. Its quite an interactive site with meal planners, a fitness tracker, and a team of experts that are on hand to provide all the advice you want.
They already have millions of members and this is a really fun site to join and explore.

I’ve been a member of Spark for a few years now and I love it. It not only helps me figure out what I’m putting into my mouth with their nutritional tracker, but it also has a GREAT community. The support that I get there is just so great and I wouldn’t know what to do without it.
What I love about it is that it doesn’t tell you what or what not to eat. It doesn’t shove any brand names in your face saying that you have to buy this product since it’s the only thing that will fit into the “diet.” Spark is not about dieting, it’s about eating what you love, only in moderation. The articles they have on there are fantastic and the motivation is great!

Yeah Jen, maybe you are right. But they did offer a plan for people who want to loss weight right ? And i printed the daily recipe and i think it is quite good. For the people who not overweight, you should try it out as you can see Jen is quite happy with it.
