Diet Case 1- Week 2

Hi, is time for me to report my diet process again. My weight just reduced 2kgs after 2 weeks hard work. It worth anyway, my target is to reduce 17kgs which is very tough and my target still far away from now. But no matter how, i wouldn’t give up because I WANT A BETTER BODY and healthier life.
Anyway, what i going to share today is can lemonade really help in diet ? The answer will be yes. I added them into my diet plan and it really make different before i add them in. I took almost 10 days to lose 1kg before i add in lemonade and 4 days for 1 kg after i added them. Well, you can see the different right ?
Moreover, i feel much more fresh and my digestion work better than before. Why is it help ? Because i believe lemonade is actually can work as a cleanser of your stomach, your waste toxic products can easily cleaned by consuming lemonade.
However, from my experience i suggest those with gastric, pregnancy persons do not consume lemonade. Because it is too strong for them. For those who have gastric problem, if you really want to try you can start off with a very small amount of lemonade. If you don’t feel better, stop to consume them immediately.
So you get another great diet tips from here again, probably will do more research and apply them to myself so i can share it here.
