Role of Exercise in Weight Loss

From bed to work, we sit for almost 90% everyday. 20 years ago, most of the human will use 60% time to walk, because we don’t have a good public transport, extra money to purchase a car. So whenever or wherever we go, we have to use our foot.

However, today chair is our good friend. We sit at chair at public transport, sit inside car and sit inside office. Our daily obligation of work, job and home tied us to our chair. And we can no longer doing exercise effectively through our daily life. If we want to exercise, we have to seek it out.

In fact, the health expert point out the majority obesity problem is because lack of physical activity. Moving around is part of human’s life and it is an important part which should not abandon it. Don’t give yourself any excuse to not exercise.

However, exercise alone is not enough. Without a proper diet, it is hard to maintain and retain your weight at certain level, because after you exercise your body will need more food to regain your energy. So without a proper diet, you will probably end up with taking more amount of food and in the end, you will gain weight more than loss weight. Thus,  In order to life healthier, you have to control and monitor your daily lifestyle and your eating habits.

I will point out 4 simple things which you can do and it cover exercise and lifestyle.

  • Proper Sleep – Getting quality sleep is same as doing some minor exercise. The expert point out, inproper sleep will make you tired and tired will cause a person tend to eat more to regain the energy which you missed up at sleep.
  • walk – Walking is something very common and it does give a big help to reduce weight and healthier body. Walking for 30 minutes per day is the easiest and best option for most people.
  • Use a treadmill – If you are someone that shy and doesn’t like to walk outside and face strangers, you should get yourself a treadmill. Furthermore, you can do others thing  such as watching tv, listening radio while walking the treadmill.
  • Time Management – Don’t try to get yourself any excuse that you do not have time. Forever you won’t achieve anything if you just simply think of it and never do. 30 minutes per day is not something that hard to get, and giving yourself excuses is act of some loser.

Time is precious but life is more precious. Get yourself 30 to 60 minutes can lengthen your life. Tell yourself that exercise could give you healthier life and body, reduce your weight and get your sexy body whenever you think to give up.
