Hate exercise but want to reduce weight? Is it possible? Yes, of course it is. By consuming low carb food, you can reduce your weight as well. But what is low carb food?

You can simly check which food you can/shoud take and which food you should not take. As the site point out ” No Carb’s food – You can take as much as you like” ; “low Carb’s food – Some of these must be restricted” . Remember that, it could help in your plan. ;-)

Anyway, i still not fully agree that reduce weight without exercise. Because for me, exercise is something which renew your body system. You don’t have to do heavy exercise until hurt yourself, maybe some Yoga or Dance will do. If it is still not suitable to you, you might try walking around your house or doing some gardening for 30 t0 60 mins. For you, it might sound very light exercise but it can be effective as you go for gym.

Believe me, do some exercise can prevent you from many decease as well. Alright, for those which insist not to do exercise, just try to move as much you can, and consuming NO-CARB’s food if you aiming for faster weight loss.
