Diet with Apple

Hmmm.. ever heard of An apple per day, doctor stay away ? I bet you did. Is that really true ? No idea, i guess it is because taking fruits is good for our body.

However, do you know apple can actually become a secret weapon in your diet plan? Oh great, if you knew this already, CONGRATULATION ! you are doing the right thing and on the right path.

If you just hear of it, nevermind we can start it now. How can apple actually help in diet ? Hmm I’m not doctor so i couldn’t give you exactly answer but base on my experience, it can easily digest and you can easily feel full after consuming an apple.

Just imagine that, usually you have to take a plate of rice, vege, meat, cheese and some other foods to full but now you are only taking 1 to 2 apples to feel full. Is it a big different ? Something which easy to digest with just small amount of it and you feel full. I guess you know the result right? Of course you can loss your weight in that way. Try to take 1 green apple each day too, it can boost up your diet plan. If you having gastric problem, don’t take green apple.

Anyway, without your own commitment, diet is an impossible thing to do but if you stay with it and don’t give up, it is somethng which you can easily achieve.
