Diet Tips – Few Important Stuff

Today, i’m going to share 2 important tips for overweight or planning to diet’s person. I will name them as ” ToDo” and “Notodo”.
I bet you know what i going to talk about by looking at the photo created by me. Alright, if you still can’t get it then look at my explantion. I will talk about “ToDo” first. Why name is as “ToDo”? It is actually taken from ” To Do” something which you should/can do. Drinking Chinese Tea is something which you can do to reduce your weight. Why is it so ? Because according to the chinese, their tea could clean up the oily stuff inside your stomach and help to quicken your digestion. As you can see, in the early day the chinese is one of the thinest group of people in the world. However, from my experience, taking the correct amount of chinese tea is good for your health and diet but not overtake it. Over consume chinese tea will leave your side effect which you will feel pain at joint of your bone. It is actually something which hardly to explain here, but if you interested to know more about it, feel free to email me and we can have a talk about it.
The second one would be “NoToDo” which taken from ” Not To Do”. Watching TV while you eating is something you should never do because it is one of the source that you are overweight. Why ? Did you realize when you watching tv, you never know when you finish the food, you will be like keep chewing and chewing then, oops i finish the whole pack of snack. I would advice if you could drink a big cup of water before you having meal, and concerntrate on your meal when you having them.
Does both tips sound familiar to you ? Yes, it is something which we always face in our daily life, and it is directly related to your weight and health. If you do them correctly, it could be much much more effective than a diet pills which cost you few hundred.
