From generation to generation, overweight problem become more and more common within you and me, friends and family. And most of us realize that being overweight is actually a symptom of unhealthy lifestyle.
In mean time, some people with brilliant mind introduced big range of diet products and health products. And there the range of the products are to wide. From chemical to hearbal and more and more.
But the most famous and well know product of course is herbal diet. It is because we know that herbal is something natural and probably will not harm of body and health. Besides that, most of the brand claimed that their product is hundred percent safe to use.
However, do you know some of them are not facts ? They just merely want to gain the trust of the consumer. Not all herbal are safe to use and some will even work like drug.
So before your purchase or planning to use any herbal diet products, you should check it out whether they contains:
- Senna ( Main ingrediant in herbal teas, is herbal laxative . Might lead colon and addictive problem)
- Chromium picolinate ( synthetic compound found in herbal diet products, and it might cause damage to chromosomes.)
There is much more ingrediant which could harm your body, so whenever you are going to purchase a herbal diet product, you should check the ingrediant and seek for professional advice because there are too many products claimed to be safe and natural.
However, there are some herbal product which you can use them without worry such as green tea.
Green tea is something which can burn your extra fat effectively and it is safe and natural. Some case study show that, consuming green tea everyday could possible burn extra 2 to 3 times fat than one who did not consume green tea. Besides burning fat, there are plenty more good effects you can gain from consuming green tea.
Further more, green tea with caffeine can effectively increase or boost up the burning process by 40%. Which could be another good option but personally, i do not like to take too much caffeine because according to some report, it does give some harm to our body.
So whenever you planning to go for herbal diet products, you should remember the few points that i mentioned above.
