Diet Case Study – Week 1 Failure Diet Plan

I started my diet plan few days ago, and is around 1 week now. I at here declare my diet plan failed. From the previous diet plan, i learnt a few things from the mistake. And as long as you learn from your mistake, you can success at last no matter what.
First mistake i would like to say is, i didn’t make a schedule/timetable for my dining time. One should set a fix dining time for healthy life. For example, 10am for breakfast, 1pm for lunch and 7pm for dinner and no more food after that. In this way, i think you can effectively reduce your weight for 1-2 kilos after 2 weeks. Of course, it will be part of my new diet plan start tomorrow. Well, i would be glad if anyone here willing do it with me.
The second mistake would be lack of exercise. Due to chinese new year, i only manage to go for swimming once. And i figured a healthy diet should include daily exercise or at least 4 to 5 times per week. The reason is because
- You can burn your fats
- You can turn your fats into muscle
- Diet would only reduce your weight but not the all the fat over your body, and only exercise can effectively burn partly fat of your body.
Mistake 3, lack of water. I bet all of us know that our body need lot of waters per day. And do you know, drink lot of waters can help in your diet plan? It is because when you drink a lot water, you will easily feel full and the amount of food you will consume will reduce. Furthermore, drinking water can also clear and flush out toxic waste products. I advice all my reader drink at least 8 cups of water per day no matter you are or not overweight.
Overall, with this 3 important points i bet my new diet plan will work great and fine. Well will giving out more experience in next few day.
