Hi guys,  is time to update my today report again. Took a chicken rice for lunch and some rice with vege, chicken and yam today. Result is not very good but not too bad either because i swam for around 45minutes and i can felt the fat is burning.

Today, i gonna share some experience of eating habits. I realize your eating habits can indirectly affect your health. If you take 3 meals per day with some amount of food each time is much much more better than taking 1 or 2 meals per day with bigger amount of food. It is because if you consume lots of food in 1 time, it will cause your digestion become slow and you can hardly reduce your weight.

So, change your eating habits today no matter you are or not a overweight person.
